What will Gallimore Management Associates do for my association?

 

  • Full Management – All aspects of association management including: collect owners’ assessments, pay all invoices for services and contracts, provide monthly financial statements to the board of directors and annual financial statements to the homeowners, maintain all necessary information for the annual tax return to be completed by a C.P.A., assist the board in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly on-site inspections including maintenance inspections of common areas and enforcement of the Restrictive Covenants, secure personnel to perform all maintenance and repairs to the property, and attend board meetings and annual meetings.
  • Accounting – Including collect owners’ assessments, pay all invoices for services and contracts, provide monthly financial statements to the board of directors and annual financial statements to the homeowners, maintain all necessary information for the annual tax return to be completed by a C.P.A., and assist the board in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Management Consulting – For the association that needs advice on certain issues and cannot justify an annual contract for association management. Fee is based on an hourly rate.
  • Board Training – This is offered along with full management or as a “stand-alone” option for association not under an annual contract. Training can be specific to the association’s needs. Fee is based on number of participants and topic.
