We are here to give you all the information you might need for the association you are working with.
We maintain the Restrictive Covenants, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations for each association online for your convenience. If you need something that is not here just email or give us a call.
Financial information, including budgets and year end financial reports, is not maintained online in order to protect the privacy of each association. We will be happy to provide you that information for your client by email.
With the new disclosure laws in place on homeowners associations, please make sure you have all the information you need to inform your buyer. It is very important that we be contacted prior to closing to make sure the association fees are current. Please do not take the sellers word for it.
We pride our self in being prompt to reply to your requests. We understand that sometimes timely information is the key to writing an offer on the house or getting that closing to happen on time.
