Wendy Gallimore, President/Broker 

Wendy started in the associaition management field in 1989 when homeowner associations were still a new idea in the Winston Salem area. She has worked her way up from bookkeeper to finally realizing her dream of owning her own company in 2003. 

As a licensed Real Estate Broker and a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent she brings a unique perspective to the associations she manages.

Wendy believes the most important aspects of a successful community association is communication and involvement. She works very closely with the board of directors to make sure the association is operating smoothly. She takes an active role in getting to know the neighbors and making sure everyone is aware of the restrictive covenants that are in place to protect their investment.
